Delivery:

After we have received the payment in full please remember when receiving a delivery to ensure you measure before you schedule and confirm your delivery. Deluxe Delivery includes delivery and set up within the rooms you request, cleanup & trash removal and one inhouse manufacturer warranty service for a year. Doorstep Delivery includes delivery of the products to your doorstep. Doorstep delivery does not include set up, trash removal or one inhouse warranty service for a year. You will be responsible to bring back your product to be serviced or pay for our warranty teams to come out. With a Flat Rate charge of $79.99. If the delivery team advises against delivery due to possible damages to your home or products, you will be subject to sign a Delivery Damage Waiver if you still request the team to try to finalize the delivery of the product, this will result in Best Furniture Outlet not being responsible for any delivery damages done after you sign the waiver.

Return & Refund:

Consumer has the right to return any qualifying purchased product up to 48 hours after the product has been received. Consumers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within the 48 hours after pickup or delivery. Consumers will be subject to a deluxe delivery charge if the return is after delivery and Best Furniture Outlet will have to pick up the merchandise. Refunds will be placed on the finance company before refunding to the original form of payment if applicable. If the consumer paid with cash or check a check will be written for the refund. (Please allow 7-14 business days for checks to process) If product is damaged Best Furniture Outlet reserves the right to refuse the return and refund even within 48 hours. Returns are not eligible for the following : Special or Custom Orders, Damaged Products, Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, Bunkie Boards, Foundations, Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Covers, Bedgear, and Accessories.
